Welcome to Majid Wooden Works. By commissioning our carpentry services, you agree to these terms that protect both your project and our craftsmen’s hard work.

1. Our Craftsmanship Promise

We guarantee:
✔ 1-year warranty on workmanship (excludes natural wood aging)
✔ Material transparency (brands like CenturyPly/GreenPly used as quoted)
✔ On-site revisions within 7 days of installation

2. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate measurements/photos for quotes
Clear work areas before our team arrives
Make staged payments as per the agreement

3. Pricing & Payments

50% advance to secure materials
Balance upon completion (before installation)
Extra charges apply for:
- Design changes post-approval
- Structural repairs (hidden termites/moisture damage)

4. Project Timeline

Delays beyond our control (monsoons, material shortages) will be communicated promptly
“We respect your time – you’ll get weekly progress photos”

5. Dispute Resolution
